These Terms govern your access to and use of our website and services, including the submission of pitch ideas and investment proposals. Technical development, software engineering, and platform maintenance services are provided by our affiliated contractor, Jujusoft LTDA (São Paulo, Brazil). By accessing our site or submitting an idea or proposal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Jujusoft LLC agrees to treat your submission with care. We will not disclose or use your submitted ideas for any commercial purpose without your prior written consent or the establishment of a formal business agreement. Your trust is paramount to us.
No Obligation
Please be aware that Jujusoft receives many submissions. The review of your idea or investment proposal does not imply any obligation on our part to accept, fund, or enter into any business relationship with you. We reserve the right to decline any submission at our sole discretion, without providing a reason.
